I celebrated my halfway mark and my 20th birthday this past week! I
can't believe it's already the summer time- life goes so fast!
For
my birthday we ate a cake that a member made me for my birthday (so
sweet!!) with the other Sisters and had a party, so it was a fun day!
We
helped 2 different families move into their houses and probably will
help a few more next week (it's that time of year, I guess). And we have
been able to meet a lot of new people that we've been trying to get tin
with for a while, so it was super exciting!
Anyways,
something I think I've realized is that when you get to know people and
their background and who they are, you really love them! That's why the
Lord loves everyone so easily probably, because He knows us all
already! He knows why we act the way we do and why we are the way we
are! So, as I get to know all of these different people it's such a
great experience feeling myself grow in love for them! It's super
cool 😁👍
Also, Sister Sanders is AWESOME,
haha. We are constantly laughing and having fun (I feel like I've
definitely gotten super lucky with all of my companions) and I'm super excited for this next transfer!
I
encourage all of you to get to know those around you if you haven't
already so you can grow in charity for them as well- there's no greater
joy!
